UTiLY stores all kinds of hot tools, including hair straighteners, curling irons and blow dryers. You can choose from three different versions suited for one, two or three styling tools.
By the way: UTiLY is also ideal for hairdressing salons. The bag keeps your workplace tidy and the hot tools safe - for the benefit of employees and customers.
The secret lies in the material used and the way the Utily is manufactured. We use several millimeter thick of impregnated felt. The material is heat resistant and extremely durable. Each bag has an artificial leather rim - the piping prevents abrasion and fatigue of the fabric.
In addition, a riveted cable holder keeps the cable away from the hot device. At the same time, the cable holder makes recommissioning of the device simple and easy: the cable does not have to be untangled and you can start using your device right away.

We all know this one particular situation: styling in the morning before going to work or in the evening before the next party often takes longer than you planned for it to be. Your hair is straightened, curly or wavy, but the hot tool has not yet cooled down enough to be packed away again.
So, where to put the straightener, the curling iron or the hair dryer? So far, the styling tool has landed on the edge of the sink with the cable hanging down somewhere. Thus, the appliance and the cable were either in the way or fell down. Furthermore, when the hot tools had cooled down, you normally wrapped the cable around them and stuffed everything into the next best drawer.
In many cases, falling often ended in the total damage of the styling equipment, and the continuous wrapping ended in broken wires.
UTiLY puts an end to this. After styling you can comfortably store all of your devices in the storage system – thoroughly protected against falling down and being damaged. In order to also withstand cable breaks, your UTiLY includes a useful cable holder.
A little more than a year has passed from the first prototype to the start of the professional production. During this time, I have continuously tested, improved and further developed the prototypes in practice. The name as well as the form and function of UTiLY are now patented, so that I can finally get started.
Since the invention of UTiLY, it has always been important to me that the final product is useful, durable and of excellent quality. Therefore, the decision to produce in Germany and to rely on the quality seal "Made in Germany" was quickly made and without any doubts.

Another important aspect for me in choosing the right partner was the social component - a benefit for everyone involved in the production process.
By the way… Each UTiLY is given a very individual touch: Because we work with felt, each product has its own look. The grey raw wool is milled and brought into a firm bond. The resulting grey tone can be lighter or darker on every single piece. That is what ultimately creates your very own individual UTiLY.
I designed and developed UTiLY. Anna Reuter, 29 years old, master hairdresser for 13 years and continuously concerned about what my profession is all about: human hair and how to style it creatively.
Throughout my years of practice, I have noticed an issue - both, in my job and at home. You can do cool things with a lot of equipment, but they have one problem: They are hot. Since styling usually needs to be done quickly, the necessary placement of the devices often leads to a storage problem. This has awakened my spirit of research.
The result is UTiLY – the storage system for hot tools that includes a useful cable holder.
